ik vind je echt leuk, maar durf je nooit te spreken, wil jen don 14 feb met me daten, ik ben rond 23u in hollywood. Ik draag een wit shirt met een rood hartje x

the translation is ...

i think you are so nice, but i never dare to speak with you. do you want to go on a date with me on 14 feb, im in hollywood around 23.00. i will wear a white shirt with a red small heart x.
